Refunds

If you need (and qualify for) a refund, we'll base it on the actual price you paid, minus any shipping or handling costs. Refunds for card payments are processed within 2 business days, but it might take up to 10 days for the credit to show up. To request a refund, email support@bodyfitfast.com.

Text Messages Agreement

By sharing your mobile number with us, you're giving BodyFitFast.com permission to send you occasional text messages (SMS or MMS). You'll get up to 4 messages per month, max. If you're a coaching member and opt-in, you may receive 1-2 coaching texts daily during your program.

No Warranties

Our site, programs, and services are provided "as is." We don't make promises about the site meeting your expectations, being error-free, or the accuracy of our info. Any health or wellness info is for education only, not medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't responsible for any damages—direct, indirect, or otherwise—related to your use of our site or purchases. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us for the product or service.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

If we have a disagreement:

2. Step 2: If we can't resolve it, we'll use binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
